Welcome to StyleHeaven. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of StyleHeaven's Website (https://styleheaven.co.in) and Mobile Application. By accessing this website and app, we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use StyleHeaven if you do not agree to all the terms stated on this page.

1. Pricing & Payments

• All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• No Cash on Delivery (COD): We operate on a 100% prepaid model. COD is strictly not available.
• We accept payments via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking through our secure payment partner, Razorpay.
• We reserve the right to modify the prices of our products at any time without prior notice.

2. Shipping & Delivery Policy

• West Bengal: Enjoy FREE delivery on all orders within West Bengal.
• Other States (Rest of India): A flat shipping fee of Rs. 100/- is applicable on all orders outside West Bengal.
• Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 3 to 7 working days.
• Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link (via Delhivery or other partners) to monitor your shipment. StyleHeaven is not liable for minor delays caused by logistics partners.

3. Return & Replacement Policy

• No Return Policy: We do not accept returns if you simply do not like the product or have a change of mind.
• Replacement Policy: Replacements are only provided in case you receive a physically damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
• To claim a replacement, you must contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and have its original tag intact. Products without tags will not be accepted for replacement.

4. Product Display & Colors

We make every effort to display the colors, fabrics, and designs of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to photographic lighting sources or your device monitor settings, the actual color may vary slightly from the images. Such minor color variations do not qualify for a replacement.

5. User Accounts & Privacy

By creating an account on StyleHeaven, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. For more details on how we protect your personal data, please review our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cooch Behar, West Bengal.
